Exchange & Returns

All of the information you could possibly need about the official Fluevogian Exchange and Return policies for in-store and online purchases.

In-store Exchange /Return Policy

The Fluevog In-store Refund and Exchange Policy for purchases made in our retail stores (does not apply for other retailers):

  • We can exchange or refund any unworn, full-priced shoe within 14 days of the purchase.
  • Refunds are only issued for full-priced shoes that are returned within the 14 days of purchase. The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
  • The sales receipt and box must accompany the shoes.
  • The item must be in its original condition and look unworn.
  • All sale and discounted items purchased in-store are final. Unworn mail orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only if they are returned within 14 days.
  • John Fluevog Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Limited edition items and pre-sale items are final sale.
  • *Holiday Season* – unworn, regular-priced items purchased between Dec. 1st – 24th are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 15th. Refunds to the original form of payment are offered within the regular 14 days of the purchase.
  • John Fluevog Shoes does not provide a lifetime warranty on any of their product.

Warranty

John Fluevog Shoes provides a warranty of 8 months after the date of purchase. They will pay for the repairs, in full, on any manufacturing faults of their shoes and bags (providing that the customer has proof of purchase).

  • The John Fluevog Shoes warranty does not include wear and tear.
  • After the 8 month warranty is finished, any repairs will be charged to the customer and will be based on an in-store price list.
  • Store credit will be issued if the shoe is irreparable (to be approved by the Store Manager only).
  • Store credit is the only form of re-imbursement for faulty product.
  • John Fluevog Shoes does not have a lifetime warranty on any of its product.

If you believe you have an issue or defect with your Fluevog purchase, please contact the store the items were purchased from. In the case of web orders, please contact the store that shipped you the item, and be prepared to email the manager a picture of the issue.

Online Exchange / Return Policy

For online purchases that weren’t quite right (only purchases made from www.fluevog.com):

  • Please ship all exchanges and returns back to the store they were shipped from within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • The sale receipt must accompany the shoes.
  • The item must be in its original condition; unworn.
  • Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange. These items must be returned unworn with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date you received your purchase.
  • Sale and discounted items purchased online can only be returned for exchange or for store credit. Store credit can be used in-store.
  • John Fluevog Shoes does not give refunds on sale items.
  • Fluevog Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Limited edition items and pre-sale items are final sale.
  • All international orders will be returned and exchanged at the customer’s expense.
  • Unauthorized merchandise will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • *Holiday Season* – unworn, regular-priced items purchased between Dec. 1st – 24th are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 15th. Refunds to the original form of payment are offered within the regular 14 days of the purchase.
  • John Fluevog Shoes has no lifetime guarantee or warranty.

Price protection Policy

Fluevog’s One-time Price Protection Policy is only valid on full priced items, purchased in-store or online, that go on sale within 14 days of original purchase. Only then will a refund be issued for a one-time price protection adjustment. Once an adjustment has been made, no further adjustments are allowed.
